About the publication
The current series covers civil procedure law, company law, civil law, criminal law and constitutional law. Each volume is designed as a practical, thematically organised working resource and brings together numerous related Liechtenstein statutes and regulations in one collection.
The 2026 editions reflect the legal status stated in the respective volumes. The English versions facilitate cross-border access to Liechtenstein law but are expressly unofficial. Only legislation duly promulgated through the official sources, in particular the authentic versions of the Liechtenstein Law Gazette, is legally authoritative.
