Liability of Executive and Control Bodies in the Liechtenstein Company Limited by Shares

The responsibility of the bodies of Liechtenstein legal entities, and in particular the company limited by shares, had historically been addressed only sporadically in Liechtenstein literature. At the same time, several supreme court decisions illustrate its practical importance.

The publication contributes to the academic discussion of the responsibility of management and supervisory bodies in the Liechtenstein company limited by shares and the Societas Europaea.
