Peter Gabathuler is an independent insurance broker in Switzerland and a strategic partner within Bergt Law’s wider professional network. His work includes risk assessment, selection of suitable insurance solutions and claims management; he also holds Swiss IAF qualifications in financial and wealth advisory.
Since 2017, he has owned Gabathuler Versicherung und Vorsorge in Grabs. Alongside his business activities, he is active in local and cantonal politics and has served on the Cantonal Council of St. Gallen since 2024. Insurance and pension-related services are provided independently from Bergt Law.
